Anyone who loves good Indian food should make a beeline for this charming and largely undiscovered jewel of a restaurant. Hidden away within a south side plaza, Rasoi India offers up mouth-watering meat and vegetarian dishes in a good decor. For the newcomer to Indian dishes(curries), the menu can be a tad intimidating, but the food is well worth the risk and the friendly staff are there to help for the decision-impaired. It’s the kind of place that immediately inspires you to tell everyone you know about it with missionary zeal."

By and large, Indian Food in Edmonton tastes the same no matter which restaurant you eat at; the richness may vary but flavors and spice blends are always the same. India Rasoi was different. The food was fabulous, authentic, and different in flavour from every other Indian food place in town. One could tell that the spice blends were made in house and not picked up from the Indian grocery store.
